For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. This is in line with international standards of shipping. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third-party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us of our obligation.
All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
Free shipping is offered to only customers in Australia. Even though this does not apply to home decor items, within and outside Australia, due to their delicate nature. All decor objects are eligible for delivery charges depending on their weightage.
For shipping outside Australia: (a) no shipping charges will be applicable on orders exceeding minimum spend (b) shipping charge will be displayed on checkout page.
